14 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We always aim to please with every item we sell. However if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. This is a 100% refund to the value of the original order. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent & within 14 days of purchase. We will confirm that we received item upon delivery and will process your refund ASAP. Please allow 5-7 days from order being returned for the item to be processed & a refund to be issued. Refunds will not be issued before returned item is received by us.

If you wish to return your item please complete the Returns Form. Once we receive this we will begin the process of the item being returned and you refund being issued.

Pearson Collectables is not responsible for the cost of return postage.

Damages & Losses

We always pack orders with protection and send via recorded tracked delivery. However things can go wrong. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at pearsoncollectables@hotmail.co.uk describing how the item is damaged (Please include photos of damaged items). Once we confirm we have received info on damaged item, please return to us. Return the item to us (this cost will also be covered by your refund. Please supply proof of postage & costs). We will confirm that we received item upon delivery and will process your refund or replacement ASAP. Please allow 5-7 days from order being returned for the item to be processed & a refund to be issued. Refunds will not be issued before returned item is received by us.

All orders should be received within 3-5 working days of item being sent (please allow longer for international buyers). All orders have tracking in place & tracking info will be supplied when order in posted. If your order does not arrive please contact us at pearsoncollectables@hotmail.co.uk & we will do everything to solve any issues.

All orders are insured when posted so as much info on any issues need to be supplied to speed the process up.


AUTOGRAPH AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

We want you to buy with peace of mind and we offer a Life Time Money Back Guarantee on every autograph we sell. To offer this we do have to have terms and conditions that apply. These are as follows:

 

1. There has to be a legitimate reason to question the authenticity of the item.

     i.e - 3rd party authentication  


2. You must be the original buyer, we are not responsible for 3rd party sales or re-sales. 

3. Item must come as originally sold.

4. The items accompanying Hologram must be complete and un-tampered with.

5. The items accompanying COA must be complete and un-tampered with.

6. The guarantee covers the actual sale cost of the item.


7. Item must be returned to us in it's original state and un-tampered with. Refunds will not be processed until we receive the item in question.


3rd Party Authentication.

If an autograph fails a 3rd party authentication we will happily refund. Please include all information provided by the authenticator and copies of any paperwork (so we can go back to the authenticator and question why an item has failed). We are not responsible for any costs or fees charged by 3rd party authenticators.
