Shipping policy

(PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 24th June will be shipped on or after 7th July.)

POSTAGE - UK & ROI

We always aim to have your order processed and on its way within 24 hours (excluding weekends), however this is not always possible. We may be away at a convention or away at a signing collecting more autographs. In the event of this happening, we will email to confirm that we have received your order and will give you an estimated time for when it will be dispatched.

All orders have full tracking. Full tracking details for your order will be emailed to you once your order has been sent out.

All orders are fully insured and a signature is required upon delivery. 

 

POSTAGE - INTERNATIONAL

Pearson Collectables does not currently offer standard shipping anywhere outside the UK. For international purchases please contact us at pearsoncollectables@outlook.com before placing your order to discuss whether shipping is possible, and the shipping and handling costs involved. 

All orders shipped outside the UK will be insured and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Pearson Collectables is not responsible for any import taxes, duties or extra handling costs, and these are solely the buyer's responsibility.
